Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. Fantastic service and really quick transaction. However the same day number plate service that is offered to transfer to you car is an unnecessary £49. I did it myself in minutes for free. Nevertheless I highly recommend this company.
