Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.

Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish. The process of buying the number was smooth and efficient but it was not made clear that the £49.99 that was paid was not for national numbers to do the complete transfer.

Great Job. They found the buyer, liaised and negotiated with him on my behalf, even helped him find the funds! Then promptly paid the funds directly into my account on completion. Would have absolutely no problem recommending this company to anyone trying to sell their cherish plate.
