National Numbers had my plate for sale for some time - as did another competitor who shall remain nameless - but this company returned me more than the other lot offered and with considerably less hassle. The seemed much more "user friendly" and the transfer was completed without fuss and the cheque arrived in very short order. I complimented them and indicated I would use them again to buy or sell and based on my experience I do recommend them.

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.
