It was an easy transaction, although the guy I was speaking to got a bit distracted. I was surprised to note that the VRM doesnt belong to me though on the paperwork, but to National Numbers and my son is the nominee so this should have been explained better as I'm still a bit confused as to why I dont own it until my son gets his car...quick getting the paperwork and plate though.

A fantastic service and they do everything for you. It doesn't matter what problem you have or what form you need they know everything that needs to be done. And especially helpful was Gwen who guided me through the whole process.
