Excellent service. Extremely quick and no issues at all. Couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently it all went through. Would absolutely recommend.

I have spoken at length with Marty at National Numbers and he has shown great patience in guiding me through the process of buying a private plate. He has been polite and knowledgeable throughout and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for help in sourcing their ideal registration.

Was informed of a potential buyer on Friday afternoon and money was transferred to me on the Tuesday. No hassles, very easy and would use again. Top class service.

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

Initially I had a problem. The number I bought on line had already been sold. However the company worked well to sort out the problem and provide me with a refund and an alternative plate.

Brilliant! They rang me and sorted all out over the phone. Plate was on within a day.

National numbers have provided me with a great service all the staff are helpful and keep you informed by email. Many thanks.
