When I selected my plate I would have prefered to pay by cash but for some reason, I either overlooked the option to pay cash or it was not there and I ended up with the easy payment plan. I contacted the site twice by email with no response to try and sort out this mistake and then someone phoned me and sorted it all out within a few minutes.

I was a little apprehensive initially as I've never bought a private plate before, but National Numbers eased me through the process on the telephone. I bought my plate through national numbers, they bid for me as it had to go through a dvla auction, they was lovely to talk to on phone and quick after the auction I had my plate. So I would defiantly recommend using them.
