Fast and very efficient service , would use again

I recently used national numbers to purchase these three number plates. One for a friend's 40th birthday, and the other two for my own cars. I have to say the service from National Numbers is simply stunning, nothing's too much trouble for them, and I was able to pick up some great plates at a competitive price! The website is very easy to use I chose a plate and purchased it. The day after I found another plate that I preferred and telephoned them to see if I could change my order, they said they would try and help me, and they did I now have the plate I wanted. I received the paperwork within a week. They also offer other services in helping you to transfer the plate and arrange for the numbers plates to be printed as optional. Their service warrants a 5 star rating.

Easy to use website and excellent customer service.

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

First class, so pleased with the delivery of my daughters plate. The hole process was so easy start to finish. When the plates arrived I noticed that I had plane txt on them and I had ordered 3D effect, so I called national numbers and explained, before I new it the guys had it sorted and the next day a new set came through the door. It?s cheesy guys but if you want a plate make it a date, with national numbers you won?t be disappointed.

Overall a good experience hence 5 stars. I did find it difficult to speak to the person who I initially set up the deal with, who seemed to be unavailable a lot, but that apart I found NN to be efficient and professional. My unsuccessful auction stake was refunded swiftly and the successful one, concluded without a hitch
