I recently used national numbers to purchase these three number plates. One for a friend's 40th birthday, and the other two for my own cars. I have to say the service from National Numbers is simply stunning, nothing's too much trouble for them, and I was able to pick up some great plates at a competitive price! Will certainly use their services again!! David Bevan

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

From order to on the car in 5 days could not get better service any where else

Brilliant service from beginning to end. Regular contact throughout the transaction keeping me up to date on the current situation. Very quick and fuss free service, by friendly and well informed team. Ryan was extremely helpful and rate him 5 star for his customer service

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

I phoned national number and spoke to alistair,he dealt with everything for me,and any questions i had he dealt with straight away.would definately buy from again

Would recommend to any of my friends. The team were there if I had any questions and the fast service option was worth it as I sent my V5 off on Saturday and it had been changed by Tuesday and had my V5 back Friday morning. Super happy with national numbers ???

Easy, simple experience but not registered yet as for a Xmas gift
