Well ordered plate no problem but when certificate came dvla wouldnt let me put it on for some werid reason phoned these up and the man on phone was great really poilte and friendly which was nice so thanks R Thompson you made my day and Christmas as plate now on car thank you

The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

From initial enquiry contact through to completion, the service was wholly professional and made very easy. Excellent communication throughout the transaction. Have already recommended to a friend who has since has a similarly positive experience.
