I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! National Numbers had my plate for sale for some time - as did another competitor who shall remain nameless - but this company returned me more than the other lot offered and with considerably less hassle. The seemed much more "user friendly" and the transfer was completed without fuss and the cheque arrived in very short order. I complimented them and indicated I would use them again to buy or sell and based on my experience I do recommend them.
