Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. National Numbers gave us a professional and efficient service.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! This is the second time I've used National Numbers to buy a car registration plate, and nothing has changed since I bought my last one 5 years ago. The process is so simple, and at a great price! All sorted in a matter of days with no hassle whatsoever. In fact so simple I ended up buying all 3 that I was enquirying about :- MA17 UTB ( favourite football team ) JC17SON ( son's name ) SA17DAL ( local rugby team ) The only headache I've got now, is deciding which one to put on my new car.

Excellent service received certificate for number plate within days unfortunately DVLA aren?t working so can?t get it transferred to the car yet but this is NOT the company?s fault. Definitely recommend
