It was an easy and pleasant transaction, spoke to a lovely guy who made everything simple and easy. I would recommend buying or selling with these.
Contacted me out of the blue to say they'd got an interested party. Sold within a week process relatively straight forward. Considering I purchased it as an investment in the first instance I was very happy with the price achieved.
Absolutely unbelievable speedy service, and very efficient and helpful when I called in for advice. Can't recommend highly enough.
