L18 FOC

This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

Process took a little longer than I realised but process was simple and straight forward.

Surprisingly simple and straight forward to sell my number plate. I was happy with the price, the process was exactly as described by the representative on the phone (and subsequent paperwork), and I received payment promptly. All together very good indeed.

The whole process was conducted very professionally all the way through, even down to the making of the plates, it was a lot easier than I imagined.
