I purchased a private Plate as a birthday present for my wife. Although it took time to get all sorted and had to chase the plates. The service you supply is very good apart from the private plates you have in the system which you have no control over. When you ring up the customers on my behalf to inquire about their plates and they are not for sale or some other problems. These should be taken off your system.
