Good & very quick, excellent service

Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.

Staff were helpful, polite and did what they said they would do in the timescale promised. It all happened without drama and at the cost quoted. An exceptionally good service.

Prompt and easy to use

I gave a rubbish review of this company as I was extremely dissatisfied but thought nothing would happen. I received a call from the Managing Director the next day & it was sorted by the end of the same day! Reviews can be powerful & get the right outcome. Bought a plate for my wife witch was perfect, log book was sent off on the Monday and plate was on car the next day. Very fast service.
