After years of thinking about getting a personalised number plate, I found National Numbers online and just called them. They were very helpful in organising my selected plates and kept me updated during the auctions. Great personalised customer service and very trustworthy. This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

Very impressed with quick service, all questions answered without any problems. Money transferred quickly and efficiently. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
