Good service from National Numbers. The only thing I didn't like was the option for number plates. You must purchase your plates from them whereas I would have rather purchased them locally with flag and stuff on them.

Got phone call offering £x for plates. Accepted offer, paperwork emailed and posted. Returned docs. Phone call few days later saying money in bank. Straightforward. Job done.

I spoke to Martin in first instance and he was very honest and straight forward with my purchase, when I paid the deposit. Secondly I also spoke to Stewart as Martin was busy and he to was very honest and I paid the balance of the monies for my purchase. I had previously used Regtransfers to sell my numbers, however after some underhand tactics I changed to National Numbers. They sold my number relatively quickly compared to RT. The staff member called me and told me exactly how much I would clear, rather than trying to get me to accept an amount ridiculously far from the agreed figure like RT used to do. It was confirmed the same day that the number had sold. The only downside was the amount of time it took to receive payment, which was several weeks, and the fact they did not keep me informed of the delay - I had to chase them. Otherwise they would get 5 stars!
