Sales were very helpful ensuring the number I wanted was still for sale by the vendor. (Not the case with a competitor on the first cherished number I wanted). They kept me informed right the way through having explained what I needed to do and send, then what they would do and how. When I received an offer for my plate from a National Numbers buyer, I was sceptical. I listened to the agent who explained the process and then I researched before taking what seemed to me as 'a leap of faith' with sending off my retention documents and a power of attorney for the plate.
