Having contacted National Numbers regarding a registration that was of interest, their sales agent was first class. The communication was excellent and, having struck a suitable deal, the administration and assignment could not have gone smoother.

This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

I've been trough every site for the cheapest number plate but once I get to the final payment the price goes up but thanks to the guys in national numbers they manage to do a price match and beat dvla also sending me the number plates definitely recommendable to everyone once again thanks to the sales team excellent and friendly customer service . I purchased two plates for both myself and my wife and requested they dealt with all the paperwork. They were faultless. Everything was actioned quickly and once the registration was complete they rang us individually to confirm the new plates they made could be fitted. They also gave useful reminders such as notifying your insurance company. Would I use them again? YES!
