I recently purchased a private number plate at a fantastic price. The best price online. The plate was sent to me within a few days as promised and the transfer with the DVLA was all done smoothly and promptly by National Numbers. I bought a plate and am in the process of selling my original plate through National Numbers. They make the whole process very straightforward and quick; they may not necessarily be the cheapest (I saw my purchased plate advertised for a lower amount elsewhere) but are by far the most customer centric company to do business with - hence why I chose to buy the plate from them.

It would have been nice to have had the option to have a nice presentation certificate like some other companies do as it was purchased as a birthday gift

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !!
