This is the second private registration I've bought from National Numbers and wouldn't go anywhere else. Though the purchases were a couple of years apart, their speed, price and customer service has not waned. They are still an absolutely first class outfit and a DVLA registered supplier, with excellent finance options if you need to spread the cost. Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

i looked at other sites to be honest when looking for my plate , they had the same plate on offer but national numbers were cheaper , it couldnt be more simpler to buy from them , the delivery of the plates was only 2 days I think 3 max , then the paperwork followed . everything was clear and precise, no hidden charges etc etc , I thought national number were great to deal with , I can only rate them with the experience I had with them , and I don't see any reason this would change for any other customer . cheers nn
