National numbers service was second to none, customer service was amazing

All went well and pleased with service received. However there were 2 times when their phone was not answered and no return call. All went well in the end but process unclear for a novice first timer.

I cannot thank all the staff at National Numbers enough for their extreme help and professionalism in helping me get my own special number after all these years. The company represented me this week at the auctions and rang me during the live bid to advise me throughout the bidding. Thankfully after their guidance they secured my plate for me against a lot of competition. I cannot thank Jill enough for her help during the live bid. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a number plate as they give you honest advice as they are an established company who look after their customers from start to finish. After having a bad experience with another number plate company I was very careful who I put my trust in, but hand on heart my confidence was restored after speaking to such a wonderful owner and all his staff. Thankfully I was lucky to pick an outstanding company but be warned there are a lot of companies that will not give you the expert service or honesty that this company delivers. Negotiation for number and bidding conducted efficiently as was follow up administration.

Quick and easy service, but not keen on the pushing of extra services. But, I suppose every company these days tried to screw every last penny out of you.

Super quick and hassle free! Ordered a couple of days before Christmas and I wasn?t expecting them to arrive until maybe new year? Arrived Christmas Eve and the paperwork followed the following Saturday. Very impressed.
