First contact was good and helped me find number plate that was personal, I was looking at another number at the time. The pack that came out was generally good but lack of clarity as to how much the total should be when extras added. Phone call queries handled well and generally available after a few rings. Just got off the phone to the boss, Eric, and he has said he would do his best to source a number plate for me for my partners 30th Birthday. After a month of searching other sites and speaking to other customer service representatives etc. Eric was definitely the most helpful.
