I have to say that all the members of staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable which is more than I can say for DVLA! Everything they promised was adhered to. Just sold a registration number through National Numbers. Found the service very professional, from start to finish. Once they received all my paperwork, and monies from the buyer, I was paid by bank transfer. This process took less than a week. Highly recommended.

Fast service from ordering the plates to them arriving. A transaction receipt upon placing the order would have been good. All round good service. Would recommend them

Sold our number and really happy with price agreed with NN. Whole transaction start to finish took 5 weeks - little longer than expected but happy nonetheless. I'd completely forgotten our number was listed for sale with NN then got a phone call out of the blue from Adam asking if we would sell for an offered price which we were happy with. Was a bit of a leap of faith completing the paperwork and handing over control of our number to NN but it worked well and no real hassles. We had to chase up a couple of times (dealing then with Ryan) - seemingly although the buyer had paid a deposit he/she hadn't come through with his/her paperwork and NN was waiting on him/her. Ryan called the buyer and obtained confirmation he/she was going through with the deal then Ryan called us back and advised he would send off our paperwork to DVLA and then send us our cheque - which he did - thank you Ryan. So all-in-all a good deal - we're happy - just the communications from NN side were a little lacking when things got slow - we had to do the chasing up calls (2) but Ryan certainly grabbed hold of it and brought it to a good conclusion for us.

I dealt with Nationalnumbers earlier this year havig never sold a number plate before. I found them to be totally professional, extremely efficient and easy to work with. I would recemmend their services.
