Quick and easy website. Helpful staff

I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?

After taking to the internet to look at purchasing a number plate, I made the choice to use National Numbers. After looking at the reviews of other sites it was clear that this company stood out from the rest, it was a surprise how efficient the transaction was, it only took a few of days to complete also the service received was 1st class, I would recommend them 5*.

Found my perfect number plate at a reasonable price, bought the actual plates from them and it only took a few days.Also very helpful on phone with queries I had......... highly recommended.

I received a call form Craig at National numbers asking me if I wanted to sell a plate I had given up three years prior. I thought at first it was a scam but to their credit once i got my plate back from DVLA and sent the retention to them within 2 weeks the money was in my account. Happy Days !!!! Would defianately trust this company again

Good service a bit long winded but due to time of year i think

I used National Numbers to purchase my new plates because of previous reviews that I had read. I was not disappointed. They are one of the most professional, helpful, and friendly businesses that it has been my pleasure to deal with. They kept me up to date with every step of the process, the only thing I had to do was inform my insurance company when I put the plates on the car. From my first contact with National Numbers, to putting the plates on the car took eight working days..........brilliant!!

Excellent service

I gave a rubbish review of this company as I was extremely dissatisfied but thought nothing would happen. I received a call from the Managing Director the next day & it was sorted by the end of the same day! Reviews can be powerful & get the right outcome. The MD restored my faith in the company & I would use them again. Thanks
