WOW This was all done amazingly quick. I completed the transaction online, then posted off my V5 received a call a couple of days later saying my V5 was received. The next thing I know, my new number plates dropped through the letterbox and then I got an email saying transfer is complete. I thought how quick was that. Thank you will deal with you again.

Excellent professional service, In particular Ryan who we dealt with, make this the easiest, most pain-free process I have undertaken. Ryan's communication skills are a credit to him. NN approached me to see if I was still willing to sell the plate, that I had bought ages back with two others and did not really need so had put up for sale. As no one had come forward I thought I would use it, so I had, only a few months ago, put this on a vehicle. Nevertheless I was happy to sell at the price I had asked a year ago. So from that point of agreement to sell, it was straight forward. As stated within 2-3 weeks, timing reliant on the DVLA turning round the paperwork (and the DVLA being busy around 1st March with new registrations I guess) and issuing the replacement V5c, I have now received payment and I am a satisfied customer!

Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish.
