Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. National Numbers gave us a professional and efficient service.

This was my first experience with National Numbers. I sold my number plate, and they closed the deal quickly. Very professional service. I was kept updated throughout the sale. It took just a few months to find a buyer. Then another two weeks for DVLA to complete transfer. Received cheque - thank you very much for such a superb 1st class service. 4 out of 5. Good service and fairly quick turnaround on paperwork. However all the add ons to the price of the number plates i.e. Printing plates etc are extortionate and there was no option to remove these items from your purchase online. I had to call up to remove the unwanted bits and saved a fortune.
