Service was good but when finance had not been completed, no one called me to advise and after 4 weeks realised that the order had not been processed. Apart from that the service was swift and efficient.

These guys are fantastic. When I first contacted them it was to find a registration that I was unfortunately not able to buy, but Eric looked through other options with me and guided me through the whole process. Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

Dealt with Phil in connection with the purchase of a personal plate. Communication was excellent and the entire process was quick efficient and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.
