Excellent efficient service. Would recommend.

I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?

My plate took a while to sell, but once a buyer was found the sale went through quickly. We were kept informed by telephone of the status of the sale, and as promised the money was paid in to our bank account on completion. All we had to do was fill in a couple of forms and post them back and everything else was taken care of professionally by National Numbers

On Fiday 26 April chose a registration number, paid the payment easily and paperwork came in the post the following Wednesday. Excellent easy service.

Very efficient and well mannered staff who are happy to help. Explained everything that was happening as and when needed during the process. Would happily recommend and deal with them again.
