Bad initial experience - but since put right. Originally disappointed with the poor response to my enquiries - so reflected this with appropriate feedback. Happily, they then responded more positively and today I was able to acquire a suitable plate within my time frame and budget. So, good news all round.

I cannot thank all the staff at National Numbers enough for their extreme help and professionalism in helping me get my own special number after all these years. The company represented me this week at the auctions and rang me during the live bid to advise me throughout the bidding. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a number plate as they give you honest advice as they are an established company who look after their customers from start to finish. After having a bad experience with another number plate company I was very careful who I put my trust in, but hand on heart my confidence was restored after speaking to such a wonderful owner and all his staff. Thankfully I was lucky to pick an outstanding company but be warned there are a lot of companies that will not give you the expert service or honesty that this company delivers. I took a while to make up my mind - had wanted this Reg for years but locked up at DVLA - eventually went for it and was delighted with the outcome. No hidden costs - all well communicated - watched the DVLA timed auction developing on-line - certificate came through from DVLA. Happy. Will use them again.
