Me experience with this company is that the staff are polite and helpful and any probems that you may have with the transasction they will sort it out for you.

I was very well looked after by a man called Liam, excellent service, number plates arrived within 2 days as promised and paperwork within 5 days as promised, explained everything and said to phone back if any problems sorting out paperwork - excellent service.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Buying a personal plate from National Numbers was quick, easy and fun. Everything happened as it should, the number plates were actually delivered the following day! I spoke to staff on two occasions and they were polite, helpful and courteous. I would recommend to friends and family.

Relatively smooth process though there was a difference between the price quoted and the price on the website. Taking my order and money, buying, was simple and easy! After over a week I still haven't had any paperwork though and the money has come out of my account.
