Very happy with the service received, from agreeing a price to actually being paid - which was just over a week. Paperwork was very quick with clear instructions and even received an email on the day that I had received my money to say it was in my bank account. The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

Had been looking for a plate for the wife and came across the one we eventually purchased from National Numbers. This plate was also available on other sites, but at a greatly increased price. Spoke to one of their representatives on a Sunday and the deal was done in minutes, posted the V5c and had confirmation the following day that we could put the new number on the car. Great service at a great price, can't ask for more than that.
