Just got off the phone to the boss, Eric, and he has said he would do his best to source a number plate for me for my partners 30th Birthday. After a month of searching other sites and speaking to other customer service representatives etc. Eric was definitely the most helpful.

The whole process could not have been easier. The person I spoke to was very helpful an the whole deal went through more quickly than I expected. I had the authority to use the new number on the next working day!

When I checked what I needed to do to sell my number plate I decided it was far too much hassle and decided against it. With the post at the moment there had been a delay but Marty gave me a call explaining what the issue was in these crazy times, and that's all you can ask for. After having a chat, even though it was no fault of theirs they did all they could for me!! Couldn't ask for any more from a business than what they have done for me. Genuine transparent company.
