They arranged for a number plate which hadn't ever been issued, they arranged the plate to go into auction, all be it 6 months later due to the dvla not entering it, the plate went to auction which they bidded on my behalf and we won it. Got there eventually plate now on car, i was waiting for the plate with the explanation it was a bank holiday monday, it was in scotland but not in wales=dvla or anywhere else in the uk.
