I had problems with my V5 and they were very quick in getting in touch regarding this. Every time I e-mailed them with a query they were very quick in getting back to me. Overall would use them again. Only gave 4 stars as I had to contact DVLA myself a couple of times regarding the V5.

From choosing the plate to fitting it to my car took only a few days. Every step of the way was straight forward and emails kept me informed of progress. Good service all happened as it should, only down side was I ordered plates through them and the rear was the wrong size.
