I recently completed a purchase of a personalised number plate. National Numbers were the only organisation to offer me the option of the plate I wanted. They told me the upfront cost and the time it would take to get it. Everything went according to plan and I can't thank them enough for making the process as smooth as it could be and for allowing me to get the plate I always wanted. I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Absolutely wonderful to deal with. I was kept up to date at every stage and it was a very quick process from start to finish. All i did was send off my log book and everything else was handled buy the team. Can not praise their service enough that why they get 5 stars.

Purchased silicone number 1. Great quality product very sturdy and robust. Will last a long time. Washes up well and holds it shape. Delivery was super quick and packaged well.
