I purchased a private Plate as a birthday present for my wife. Although it took time to get all sorted and had to chase the plates. They make the whole process very straightforward and quick; they may not necessarily be the cheapest (I saw my purchased plate advertised for a lower amount elsewhere) but are by far the most customer centric company to do business with - hence why I chose to buy the plate from them.
