I bought my first private registration plate from this company in 1993 and they were very professional then and I have just sold another private plate through them on the 28th FEBRUARY. It was simple as they send you everything to sign and tell you what documents to send back to them. It is better to email them any questions you have and they reply very quickly. I dealt with Nationalnumbers earlier this year havig never sold a number plate before. I found them to be totally professional, extremely efficient and easy to work with. I would recemmend their services.

Buying a personal plate from National Numbers was quick, easy and fun. Everything happened as it should, the number plates were actually delivered the following day! I spoke to staff on two occasions and they were polite, helpful and courteous. I would recommend to friends and family.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !!
