I recently bought a rare sports-racing GT that had never been road registered, so suggested some appropriate numbers to N. N. They found my first choice, organised its entry into the DVLA Auction, attended the event and maintained open phone contact with me during the proceedings. The staff were very pleasant to talk to and generally my change of number plate was well handled and processed. One slight hitch occurred when my registration form did not go the right person and this delayed the issue of my new number and plate by about a week. When the hitch was sorted out things then moved very quickly. Overall quite satisfied with the service.
