Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

A few small glitches but soon overcome. Staff were helpful and efficient. I just wish that dealers had better control of the numbers they advertise. One reg National Numbers was advertising had been sold three years ago but they were still advertising it ! To be fair all the dealers seem as bad in this aspect
Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish. Nationalnumbers had the number I wanted at a fair price. The number plates were in my house within a week with the required paperwork. It really couldn't have been any easier. I would certainly recommend this company.
