The prices are very competitive; the explanations and instructions are clear and concise, and the choices are numerous and I mean numerous! Pricing and process clearly explained at the outset. Craig phoned from the auction when my plate was under the hammer, as promised. Nice touch and could hear the actual auctioneer in the background. Got my PJB plate at the July auction for less than I had budgeted for, which was a bonus. Straight forward to deal with and friendly to boot.
