As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. Found them a good company to deal with although was a bit sceptical they were real at first as greatly under priced a plate I had already been quoted for. Ended up paying nearly twice what was first quoted but I expected this so was not too put out and everything went very smoothly. I would certainly use them again.
