After searching long and hard for the perfect number plate the guys at National Numbers had the plate i wanted. After one phone call they took control and made the transaction as swift as possible. The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?

The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and explained the process. The retention certificate was received promptly.

Having tried another company and heard nothing, I was a little reluctant to pay the £50. But it proved worth while, initial great valuation, working with them to reach a middle ground with an offer to satisfaction for both parties. I was told whole process would take 2 weeks, cheque was with me in as little 5 days, well impressed. So much so that I will be putting my other plate up for sale with National Numbers. First class service.
