I ordered and paid for the new number on line.Within a week the number plates arrived. Within a day of sending my V5 National Numbers had fast tracked my V5 to the DVLA and I could fit the new plates to my car. Excellent service.

I entered my Name and was delighted at the options available. Some I must say where way out my price range, talking thousands of pounds. But hey! If you can afford it why not. I found a plate that suited my name and even included year I was born so delighted I dealt with Chanttel who was an absouloute star. Only one slight niggle and that was that it was a gift for my husbands anniversary which I did say and when they arrived he took the post from the postman and it said national numbers on the packaging spoiling the surprise . Customer service is amazing, was so easy to find and buy the perfect reg. My only issue is the fact that you have to buy a set of (very pricey) number plates, like this should be an option, also the plates themselves are honestly the worst ones I?ve ever seen, and for £50 they should be a lot better. Another thing is the transferring of the reg, I feel this should also be optional, I personally would?ve preferred to make contact with the dvla myself. This could just be me missing something on the website...? Other than those minor issues, absolutely perfect, and a pleasure to deal with.
