Website was easy to use. My order arrived through the post in days. This is the second time I have used this site and I would again in future.

I was amazed at how quick and simple the whole process was. In a matter of days the transaction was complete and the number plates arrived ready to be fitted to my new car. Decent friendly service

It was an easy transaction, although the guy I was speaking to got a bit distracted. I was surprised to note that the VRM doesnt belong to me though on the paperwork, but to National Numbers and my son is the nominee so this should have been explained better as I'm still a bit confused as to why I dont own it until my son gets his car...quick getting the paperwork and plate though.

Good communication have listed 2 more numbers with them.

In a transaction where buyer/seller and intermediary never meet TRUST is an essential ingredient, and from the outset I felt confident that my sale was being professionally handled, and whoever I spoke to knew exactly what was happening and where we were in the process. Great result and pleased with outcome. My only criticism is that the admin telephone number seems to be permanently 'very busy', but response on the sales line was quick and helpful. JR Warwickshire
