Dealt with Paul and he was extremely helpful and patient over quite a period of time as it has taken a while to source the correct plate. Everyone I dealt with were excellent and I was kept fully informed at every stage. A very happy daughter with her new number plate.

A very smooth and easy process with the paperwork arriving after about a week. I compared to other sites and found these the best value for money.

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

Great service from start to finish, personalised numbers plates ordered and paid for on the Monday and arrived first post the next day. I was a little apprehensive initially as I've never bought a private plate before, but National Numbers eased me through the process on the telephone. The plates arrived the next day (really nice quality) and the transfer certificate 2 days later. Really good service and nowhere near as expensive as I thought. Great team, great customer service.
