It was simple as they send you everything to sign and tell you what documents to send back to them. It is better to email them any questions you have and they reply very quickly. Great company to deal with. Easy to contact, great communication, called back at a suitable time as I was at work when they called the first time. I bought a plate as a gift and was able to have everything sent to me so the gift could be a surprise. Very helpful and received everything very quickly. I would use again and recommend

Very happy with the service received, from agreeing a price to actually being paid - which was just over a week. Paperwork was very quick with clear instructions and even received an email on the day that I had received my money to say it was in my bank account.
