I was contacted about a reg I had on retention for the last few years. I was made a very reasonable offer and agreed. The National Numbers superb service then kicked in. It is rare to deal with a company that is this efficient. From start to finish the paperwork had been sent out, completed and processed in three working days. I was looking for a particular numer plate which i found out had never been assigned to a vehicle and therefore had to be released by means of the DVLA auction. I first contacted the well known company 'reg transfers' who quoted me a final price of just under 5 grand (inc all taxes and taxes on taxes!, transfer fees etc). I then contacted National Numbers who managed to secure it at auction for me at (final all inc price) just under 1.5 grand!!!! Go figure. Don't go anywhere else until you've spoken to these guys first. I spoke to Phil who was very helpful. Highly recommended by a satisfied and grateful (for saving me money) customer!

I had given up all hope of selling my number plate until l got a most unexpected call. From calling me in Spain to putting the money in my bank was 8 or 9 days in total. I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?
