The website was easy to use and I took out the 12 months interest free option to spread the cost out for my purchase. The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

It was said i'd have pink form within five working days .. It was delivered on the fifth day, can't fault the service. Quick and efficient, from a very happy customer.
