Had my car cloned after getting a parking fine and the parking company would not accept I was not the person in the photo so changing my number was new to me . Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

Excellent to deal with

Very easy purchase. They handled the whole process from start to finish. Plate was even less expensive than from their competitors Having not purchased a registration before I had quite a few question. All of which were addressed quickly and in a helpful manor. I would certainly look at using them again.
